Therapy can be a place to slow things down, make sense of what you're going through, and find a path forward that feels manageable. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating mental health concerns, relationships, substance use, and life transitions.
Marissa Varney
LISW-S, LICDC
I've worked in behavioral health since 2021, with experience in inpatient and outpatient care, crisis assessment, substance use treatment, and private practice. I use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths based approaches to help clients understand patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful change.
Therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest about what's going on without feeling judged or overwhelmed. My approach is warm, collaborative and gives you room to work through what you're experiencing while also developing practical tools that make everyday life feel more manageable.
A genuine connection.
Practical tools.
