Anxiety can show up in many ways - constant worry, physical symptoms, overthinking, or a sense that you can never quite relax. While it can be overwhelming, therapy can help you understand what's driving your anxiety and give you practical tools to manage it.

You're Not Alone

We use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and somatic strategies to help you understand your anxiety, build coping skills, and create lasting change. We take a whole-person approach, considering the connection between your thoughts, emotions, body, and daily life.

Our Approach

Get back to the activities and relationships you enjoy

Break cycles of avoidance or overthinking

Build confidence in handling stress

Feel calmer and more present

Therapy Can Help You

What types of anxiety do you treat?
We work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, including excessive worry, overthinking, social anxiety, panic symptoms, stress, and feeling constantly on edge or overwhelmed. Therapy is tailored to your individual experiences, needs, and goals.
Do you offer online therapy for anxiety in Ohio?
Yes. We offer secure telehealth therapy for teens and adults throughout Ohio, allowing you to meet with your therapist from the comfort and privacy of home.
Do you work with teens who have anxiety?
Yes. We work with teens experiencing anxiety, overthinking, school stress, social concerns, perfectionism, and feeling overwhelmed. Therapy is tailored to each teen's individual needs, personality, and goals.
What can I expect in my first therapy session?
Your first session is a chance to get to know your therapist, talk about what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you'd like to work on. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We'll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
How long does anxiety therapy take?
The length of therapy varies depending on your needs, goals, and circumstances. Some people benefit from short-term support, while others choose to continue therapy longer as they work through deeper patterns or ongoing concerns.
Do you accept insurance for anxiety therapy?
Yes. Our therapists participate with a variety of insurance plans, although coverage varies by therapist and individual plan. We recommend verifying your behavioral health benefits with your insurance provider before beginning services.
