Therapy Can Help You

What types of grief and loss do you help with?
We support teens and adults navigating many different forms of grief and loss, including the death of a loved one, anticipatory grief, pet loss, relationship loss or divorce, major life changes, changes in health, and other meaningful losses.
Is there a “right” way to grieve?
No. Grief looks different for everyone, and there is no single timeline or correct way to move through it. Therapy can provide space to understand your emotions, honor your experience, and find ways to cope that feel meaningful to you.
How can grief counseling help?
Grief counseling can help you process complex emotions, manage changes in relationships and daily life, develop healthier ways to cope, and reconnect with meaning, purpose, and hope at your own pace.
How long does grief counseling take?
There is no set timeline for grief. Some people benefit from short-term support around a specific loss, while others choose longer-term therapy as they adjust to ongoing changes or work through more complex grief.
Do you offer online therapy for grief and loss?
Yes. We offer secure telehealth therapy for teens and adults throughout Ohio. Online therapy can be a comfortable and convenient option when you would prefer support from home or have difficulty getting to the office.
Do you accept insurance for grief counseling?
Yes. Our therapists participate with a variety of insurance plans, although coverage varies by therapist and individual plan. We recommend verifying your behavioral health benefits with your insurance provider before beginning services.
